A Taste of Autumn, with local organic hors d’oeuvres, wine tasting, music, dancing and silent auction takes place at Frey Vineyards, 14000 Tomki Rd., Redwood Valley, on Sunday, October 5, 2008, from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Tickets:  $20 in advance from Mendocino Book Company in Ukiah; $25 at the door; kids 5-12, $5.

A benefit for Hearthstone Village, United Peace Relief, and the Butler Cherry Ranch Project.
